		<description>Hi,
I was just contacted by a collector of an old Providian credit card from 2005. The SOL has expired but the collector says it was put on hold with the bankruptcy. Its been 7 years and even if that is true, that would mean that the bankruptcy lasted 3 years? What is the law on this.

Thanks
