Panelists will include representatives from the YWCA, Urban Ministries, Raleigh Rescue Mission and Action for Children NC. Louisa Warren with The Beehive Collaborative will moderate. The goal is to explore the interaction of poverty with incarceration, substance abuse, health care, homelessness and other such issues. This event is open to the public.
