Ready to Rent Workshop: September 23, 2008

(Cary, NC) The Wake County Supportive Housing Program is holding its next Ready to Rent seminar series at Genesis United Methodist Church in Cary, NC. Participants will discover how to gain approval for apartment leasing even with prior history of evictions or credit problems.
The Ready to Rent program includes:
- 12 hours of tenant education
- tenant rights and responsibilities
- tips on repairing credit
- referrals for landlords

Genesis United Methodist Church 850 High House Road Cary, NC 27513Participants may take the front entrance and notify the church office that you are attending the Ready to Rent workshop.
To register for one of the Ready to Rent workshop series in Wake County, contact Sharon Gibson of Wake County Supportive Housing at 919-231-5957. Vision Credit Education, Inc. will provide the 3 hour credit class through a partnership with Fiscal Progress and Wake County Human Services.
