Ready to Rent Workshop: October 21, 2008

(Raleigh, NC) The Wake County Supportive Housing Program is holding another Ready to Rent workshop series for those seeking acceptable housing. The workshops will be held at Hollenden Place Apartments in Raleigh, NC.
The Ready to Rent program includes:
- 12 hours of tenant education
- Tenant rights and responsibilities
- Repairing credit tips
- Landlord referrals

6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

Hollenden Place Apartments 4801 Avenida del Sol Drive Raleigh, NC 27616Vision Credit Education will be providing the 3 hour credit course on Tuesday, October 21. Other instruction will include budgeting, saving, tenant rights and responsibilities and other relevant aspects of maintaining good relationships with landlords. A good rental history can help as you plan for future homeownership.
