Ready to Rent Workshop: November 1, 2008

(Raleigh, NC) The Wake County Supportive Housing Program is holding November Ready to Rent classes at Wake Interfaith Hospitality Network in Raleigh, NC. Vision Credit Education and Wake County Human Services partner to help you gain approval for apartment leases even with a spotty credit history.
The Ready to Rent program includes:
- 12 hours of tenant education
- tenant rights and responsibilities
- referrals for landlords
- and yes, help with repairing credit!
Vision Credit Education is providing the credit workshop on Saturday, November 1. Additional classes will focus on budgeting and the rights of tenants and landlords.

This program can allow you to move on from evictions and credit problems so that you may establish a good rental history. This can be one of the first steps on the path toward future homeownership!
