Ready to Rent Workshop: July 22 2008

(Cary, NC) The Wake County Supportive Housing Program is holding its next Ready to Rent seminar series at Genesis United Methodist Church in Cary, NC. Participants will learn how to gain approval for apartment leasing when they have prior history of credit problems or eviction.
The Ready to Rent program includes:
- 12 hours of tenant education
- tenant rights and responsibilities
- tips on repairing credit
- referrals for landlords
