Ready to Rent Workshop: January 27, 2009

Event Dates: Monday – Thursday, January 26 – 29, 2009
(Raleigh, NC) The first Ready to Rent workshop series of 2009 will be held at Hollenden Place Apartments in Raleigh, NC.
Components included in the Ready to Rent Workshop Series are:
- up to 12 hours of tenant education
- tenant rights and responsibilities
- tips on establishing and repairing credit
- participating landlord referrals

6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Hollenden Place Apartments 4801 Avenida del Sol Drive Raleigh, NC 27616Vision Credit will provide the credit class on Tuesday, January 27. In addition to our segment on building and improving credit, you will receive assistance with preparing a budget, your rights as a tenant, landlord responsibilities and the importance of building a good rental record.
