Credit Counselors Lowering Payments Further

In a bid to offset the rising credit card delinquencies, several major credit card issuers have granted newer benefits to customers that complete credit counseling. For the first time in years, several credit card companies are giving credit counselors the ability to lower minimum payments on credit cards even further than before.
